PACKET PICKUP / REGISTRATION
Registration is now open for 2011. See "Registration" tab for links to online registration and mail-in forms. Register before September 2nd to qualify for reduced rate ($25) and gaurantee a T-shirt. Late registration is $30 and goes from 2-16 September; however, online registration will close midnight on Thursday, 15 September. Walk-in Late Registration and Early Bird Packet Pick-Up will be held on Friday, September 16th from 4-7pm at Seville Quarter (130 E. Government St Pensacola, FL 32502). Race day registration is also $30 and with packet pick-up will be held from 6-7:30am; try to get there early!
 
Special notes: Military units wishing to run in formation, please contact us NLT September 1st; discounts are available. Also, team registration is available for four-six runners/walkers per team ($100 flat fee until Sep. 1st, $120 thereafter). Individual active duty participants will pay a flat fee of $25 through race day!

COURSE
The race will begin and end at the Seville Quarter in downtown Pensacola.  See map.

WATER STATIONS
There will be two water stations on the course, at the start/finish and the halfway point; fruit will be available at the finish line.

RACE PARKING
All public surface lots in the area will be open and free of charge on race day.

RACE RESULTS
Results will be provided by Results Event Timing .

AWARDS PICKUP
The awards ceremony will begin once all competitors have finished, and all results have been tabulated. Awards will be presented in the Seville Quarter during the after-party following the race. You must be present to accept awards, as they will not be mailed.

*Top 3 male & female in following age group categories (net time):
13 and under, 14-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+
 
*Top 3 overall wheelchair category.
 
*Top 3 male & female walkers in the following age group categories (net time): 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
 
*Top 3 teams in overall open age category

RELEASE FORM
In consideration of the Marine Corps Aviation Association, the Marine Corps League, its sponsors, agents, servants, representative, licensees, contractors, successors, and assigns organizing and conducting the 5k Charity Run, held on September 17th, 2011, and allowing me to participate and run in said race, I hereby waive, release, and discharge forever said MCAA and MCL and its sponsors, agents, servants, representative, licensees, contractors, successors, and assigns, from any and all claims, demand, rights, and causes of action whatsoever kind and nature, foreseen or unforeseen, bodily and personal injury, damage to property and the consequences thereof resulting form my running and/or participating in said Road Races, and Covenant Not to Sue for any said injuries and/or damage. I give permission to release my name and address to MCAA and MCL. I realize that the event may be subject to cancellation at the discretion of the 5k Charity Run Committee and that my registration fee is non-refundable and will still be donated to the pre-determined recipients. I give permission for the use of my name and/or picture in any broadcast, telecast, or other account of this event.
